A FAMILY WINE ABOUT US In 1982 Esturillo family acquired a property to the southwest of the Maule valley named as Fundo Las Cañas. Huge field of virgin territory, possessing a truly unique place and with an indescribable potential for the production of grapes. Since then began the idea of planting clones of the highest quality to obtain wines of excellence. For more than 35 years Rucahue has been provided the best bulk and bottled wines for all arround the world ABOUT OUR VINEYARDS Within Maule Valley, we find the farm Las Cañas, with topography of flat soils with little slope, composed of an esplanade with sandy characteristics of very low fertility and a high sector of clay loam soils. Located in the Itata Valley, Larqui Farm is under humid mediterranean climate, with marine influence, concentrated rainfall between May and October. Topography of gentle hills on the eastern slope of the coastal mountain range with southern exposure, perfect for our premium wines. ABOUT OUT WINES Rucahue produces more than 100sku in different brands for all markets all around the world, being Rucahue Wine Brand the core product within the portfolio. Developing special project for importers is also part of the model. Rucahue produce the 100% of the grapes used in the bottled wines, being this fact the main guarantee of quality and consistency. A wide portfolio in different segments from estates, reserves, gran reserves and icons in several varieties.
