Ruffin Companies includes RUTT Incorporated, LRIE, and Nano E Bubbles. RUTT Incorporated supplies construction materials for water and sewer applications, and is based in the state of Florida. LRIE is a service company for municipalities that completes asset evaluation of water and sewer systems in the Southeast region of the USA. Nano E Bubbles utilizes new technology that generates nano bubbles, which are suspended in water to enhance the quality and value of water, as well as what it comes in contact with; Nano E Bubbles is also based in the Southeast region of the USA. Ruffin Companies was created by and is currently managed by Larry Ruffin.
