EQUALITY FOR MEN AND WOMEN IN SPORT. Rugby Tens is the first elite competition that showcases equal resources and opportunities at every level for men, women, boys and girls. Competition format, locations and dates, compensation structures, facilities, promotions, and more are equal. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT. The events will enable an international youth tournament organized in each region to promote development pathways for young rugby players and help drive interest, awareness, and attendance for the R10C events INCLUSIVE CULTURE.
