PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Rule Consulting offers experience and accreditation in a suite of research-based and validated assessment tools for effective personal and team development. This includes the DISC profile tool, identification of your core behavioural style, workplace motivators and driving forces, as well as Emotional Intelligence (EQ). COACHING/MENTORING SERVICES Rule Consulting offers coaching and mentoring services to help you/your team to succeed in achieving your personal and/or professional goals. With accreditation in the DISC assessment tool, and certified in identifying and 'unpacking' your behavioural style, professional motivators/driving forces, and your Emotional Intelligence (EQ), we use proven and well-researched tools to provide a holistic analysis of you/your team to assist in promoting personal and organisational unity.
