Over a decade of experience in the DEIB sector has taught us two things: 1) Facilitated training (virtual or in-person) is expensive and can’t be scaled organisation-wide. 2) eLearning is unengaging and boring which significantly limits learning. We produce cinematic video-based Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) learning content for the changing needs of organisations and employees. We focus on helping our clients scale behaviour and culture change across their organisations. We tell real people’s stories with expert perspectives, guided reflections and practical tools for people to apply in interactions every day.
