Rural Education Access Programme
The Rural Education Access Programme (REAP) focuses on preparing and supporting school-going and tertiary learners from low-income communities in their educational and career journey. Through career advising, assistance with applications, financial and psycho-social support, REAP seeks to develop confident young South Africans who are adequately equipped to become economically active and make a meaningful contribution to society. REAP is a South African not-for-profit organisation with tax-exemption status. REAP is not a bursary scheme. Rather, it provides add-on value necessary for the success of students who are enrolled in the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
