Rural Insight Land & Development is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, offering dynamic and innovative professional advice across the rural sector. Based in Leicestershire we work throughout the Midlands and South-East. There are two complementary parts to the business – the first specialises in bespoke land and property management and advice, the second specialises in strategic development consultancy advice, negotiation of promotion, option and hybrid agreements and land assembly. We have invested heavily in IT to enable us to work flexibly, with technology being used to compliment, rather than replace, the provision of a personal service. We adopt tailored solutions for clients that embrace modern working practices but retain the traditional, bespoke service. We are dedicated to providing sound professional advice, delivered with integrity, in a straight-forward and timely manner to meet the opportunities and challenges of the rural economy and the urban fringe.
