As a Namibian non-profit organization, our mission is to uplift rural communities through youth empowerment, community-driven development, and sustainable solutions that reduce rural-urban migration and address systemic inequality. Who We Are Born out of lived experience and a passion for equity, RuralRise is led by youth and rural changemakers committed to transforming their communities. We don’t bring solutions;we co-create them with the people most affected by poverty, unemployment, and lack of opportunity. What We Do Through our flagship initiative, “From the Ground Up”, we incubate youth-led projects, build leadership capacity, and create pathways to civic participation and entrepreneurship. From hosting rural development dialogues to running innovation challenges and skills training, we’re building a generation of rural leaders shaping Namibia’s future.
