As a state licensed Certified Professional Home Inspector, trained by InterNACHI (International Assoc. of Certified Home Inspectors) and graduate of PHII (Professional Home Inspectors Institute). I follow a comprehensive Standard of Practice which ensures that you receive a detailed and accurate home inspection. I will inspect the structure, systems & components of the home, inside & out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools & technology. Following my evaluation, I will compile my findings in an easy to read report, which will include detailed descriptions & high resolution digital photos of any issues I've discovered.
