Russel Metals Processing is a western Canadian manufacturer of custom component parts and sub-assemblies in operation since 1996. With manufacturing facilities located in Saskatoon we service a broad range of customers in a wide variety of industry sectors such as oil & gas, mining and industrial as well as agriculture, military, transportation, forestry, automotive among others. Our current equipment list includes: Lasers (ranging in complexity from three-axis flat sheet machines to multi-axis 3D machines capable of cutting pipe and tube); CNC punch machines; CNC press brakes; Multi-axis machining centers; CNC and digital plate rolls; Multi-head Oxy/Plasma; Robotic Welding; Pipe Bending; and an abundance of other standard and specialized fabrication equipment. Value added solutions and services include the supply of components to our customer's production lines in kitformat, full turnkey solutions or in specially designed KANBAN pull systems which significantly reduce (or eliminate) the need for inventory.
