Russell Associates, is a well-established and Architectural practice based in Greenwich, South East London. The company started Paul Russell setting up business in 1991 as Russell Associates London LTD. The company quickly formed a reputation for gaining excellent planning permissions and dealing with sensitive planning issues, whilst designing and creating outstanding properties for both Residential and Commercial clients. For a relatively brief period we traded as Russell + May Associates, but follow the departure of Les May we are now trading as Russell Associates Architects. Our principal business is architecture but it is impossible to practice architecture without a thorough knowledge of planning, and we have an extremely good reputation for obtaining excellent consents in difficult circumstances or on difficult sites, including many Listed Buildings Similarly we recognise the importance of the interior layout and spaces of the building as well as the exterior appearance. We see interior architecture as an integral part of any building and can extend this to provide full interior design. Although we frequently work on Listed Buildings and in Conservation Areas, are equally enthusiastic about producing contemporary architecture integrated with environmental sustainability. We pride ourselves on adding value to projects whether economically or aesthetically. We continue to work on a diverse range of projects, for wide range of clientele. Our work is generated principally by word of mouth; our work speaks for itself and our clients are more than often very happy to recommend us to friends, family and neighbours. We often receive referrals from our fellow professionals, including local estate agents. We aim to continue to provide exceptional architectural services to all of our clients and continue to contribute positively to the communities in which we work.
