We are a professional private equity company with a specialization in real estate syndications. headquartered out of Bowling Green, Ohio we have been investing in multifamily housing since early 2022 with several successful ongoing projects. We acquire both Core Plus and Value Add B/C class multifamily communities throughout Ohio and the Midwest targeting meaningfully higher risk-adjusted returns than traditional investments for our investors. Our Mission: “Long-term durable wealth for our clients” While we could create a meaningful fortune investing in real estate on our own… creating all that wealth and never helping other people would leave a pretty big unfulfilled feeling at the end.
