Ruth D Moore

Ruth is a British-Trinidadian systemic coach and mixed-media artist resident in Switzerland. Her artworks, inspired by her childhood memories of being brought up on a Caribbean island by her grandmother and aunts, are about women. Their bold colours and delicious curves celebrate strong beautiful women who are confident in their bodies and own the space they occupy. Ruth's coaching sessions are more than just conversations. We can the use the space around us, use objects that are within reach and build visual maps. Ruth might even invite you to draw, create a sculpture or anything creative. All these activities are invitations to view your world in a new light, helping you to uncover the solutions you've been seeking. As a coach Ruth focusses on nurturing your internal resources rather than simply raising productivity. Ruth's unique blend of systemic coaching is influenced by her Shiatsu beliefs and theories, artistic mindset and embodied systemic coaching.
