Rutzen Survey Services, LLC was founded in 2018 and is a small privately owned and operated business located in central Wisconsin. We strive to provide professional and expert land surveying services throughout all of Wisconsin. The majority of work is performed in the central Wisconsin areas, including but not limited to Wausau, Stevens Point, Marshfield and Wisconsin Rapids. The owner and operator, Tim Rutzen is a Professional Licensed Land Surveyor in the State and has acquired a vast array of Survey knowledge throughout his 20 years in the profession. Tim specializes in many survey services including, boundary, PLSS remonumentaion, topographic, land subdivision, Elevation certificates, LOMS’s, ALTA’s, construction staking, WisDOT right of way platting, Drafting consulting services & civil design plan development to just name a few. As a small sole owned business, Tim wants to be able to provide land survey services as part of a one-on-one relationship feel and strongly feels that the personal attention he will add will speak for itself.
