Whilst the business has grown in reach and stature in recent years, the company’s ambition to provide excellently furnished homes whilst maintaining a family-feel service has never wavered. The company’s strategy is to acquire derelict properties before partnering with professional builders to re-develop them into high-quality residential homes or HMO’s. Working both independently and with local estate agents, RVA Property Services then seeks out professional tenants providing homes at affordable prices. However, the company believes that this is only half of the job done. Continuing to ensure that each tenant’s living experience is maximised whilst living in a RVA home is at the forefront of each employee. And hence, RVA prides itself not only on the quality of the home it provides but also on the second-to-none service it ensures.
