Rwanda Printery Company Ltd is a printing company owned by the Government of Rwanda under AGACIRO DEVELOPMENT FUND CORPORATE TRUST LTD established by the Cabinet meeting held on 27th November 2013 as a result of merging three independent Printeries that were previously managed separately by government institutions such as National Electoral Commission (NEC), Rwanda Education Board (REB) and Rwanda Biomedical Center Printeries respectively.
