At Ryanair, we offer you the best training in the airline industry. With highly experienced engineering trainers running practical and classroom-based training across our European network we upskill hundreds of trainees each year. Our state of the art training facilities includes two decommissioned Boeing 737 New Generation series aircraft in Stansted and Bergamo allowing you to train in the most realistic environment possible. All your theoretical learning will be supported by our E Learning platform. You will gain experience in all areas of aircraft maintenance from initial basic hand skills tasks, to complex component removal and installation.
