Ryse Luxembourg

At RYSE we help youth refugees (aged 18-35) kick start their professional life in Luxembourg. Work empowers, it creates inclusivity and ultimately, of course, it grants independence. What we do is: we welcome young motivated refugees, they become RYSE Mentees and we work together to provide opportunities for the Mentees to develop their skills, thus supporting them in reaching their career goals. We offer one-to-one tailored mentoring, opportunities to gain local work experience and employment search support. A multifaceted, comprehensive and innovative project with a positive, long-lasting impact for current and future generations within both local and international societies.
