Handling over motor claims per month, with over 100 employees and a forecasted 2018 /2019 annual turnover of £36m, our business is recognised as a specialist solutions provider for outsourced claims management. We have access to over vehicles across 450 locations in the UK and have an established extensive UK network of 177 repairers enabling us to provide onward mobility solutions around the clock anywhere in the UK, ensuring repair management is closely controlled keeping costs and vehicle off road time to a minimum. We also have a dedicated specialist HGV network of 55 repairers for HGV, light commercial and specialist vehicles. We control the full life-cycle of the claims process in-house using best practice to deliver optimal results for the customer and client. Our key supply chain partners work with us through system integration, automation and through the long standing strong relationships ensures that we work together seamlessly to deliver an industry leading service.
