At S&J Electrical Ltd we cover all aspects of electrical installation works, mainly in the commercial and industrial sectors and occasionally in high spec new build domestic projects. Our main area of work is office fit out (Cat A and Cat B) of which we have extensive experience and cover all elements of electrical installation including: • Power and lighting • Data networks • Access control • Fire alarm systems • UPS and generator installations Throughout our history we have carried out a large variety of contracts both directly and as a sub-contractor. These include: • 5 year EICR’s and associated remedial works • Incoming supply upgrades including bespoke distribution panels complete with load step management and generator back up • Networked addressable fire alarm and emergency lighting systems • Laboratory installations We believe we have both a very proactive approach and depth of experience to help achieve the most practical and cost efficient solutions for a given installation to suit the client’s aims and budget. As a company we hold NICEIC Approved Contractor status (Steve has been a registered NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for 20 years) and are both Constructionline and CHAS registered. Our electricians are fully qualified to the latest edition of BS7671:2018 and hold all relevant Health & Safety certificates for the range of works we carry out.
