Through S-minding, I support leadership teams in- diagnosing where growth is created, lost or underutilised across customers, segments, channels and offerings - identifying and prioritising the few growth initiatives that truly move the P&L - translating strategy into execution that organisations can realistically deliver - strengthening customer value and CLV as core drivers of long-term growth - supporting growth and commercial integration in post-merger situations (PMI), where value is often lost after the deal - I frequently work with CEOs, boards and investors, as well as with specialised partners such as M&A advisors, private equity firms and professional services organisations that need a clear, independent view on growth and commercial potential. In addition to strategic work, I mentor leaders, build and enable cross-functional teams, and help organisations develop the capabilities required to execute growth consistently - not as a one-off project, but as a way of operating. I don’t focus on activity for its own sake. I focus on clarity, prioritisation and execution that leads to measurable results.
