We provide front office assistance with medical billing solutions such as; • Provider Credentialing. • Electronic claim processing to all insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. • Obtaining prior approval for Speech Therapy treatments. • Post all insurance and patient payments • Consult patients on Out of Network payment agreements. • Increase cash flow and reduce denials. • Provide weekly to monthly accounts receivable and aged reports ranged from 30 – 150+ days, and • Provide monthly invoiced statements to patients. • All for as low as $3.50 per claim Our contracts are short-term and long-term based on our provider’s needs with no Start Up fees. We have over 7 years’ experience with Speech Therapy practices utilizing electronic claims processing software such as Office Ally, Availity, and Navinet. We also use cloud based therapy software such as Therabill, SimplePractice, and WebPT.
