Our team has over 40 years of retail service experience, extensive knowledge in “lifestyle luxuries” and customer service. The need for online shopping is consistently growing and we saw a space in the market for our services. While our key focus is customer service, we also pride ourselves on the quality products we have in our online store. Every product is required to fulfil strict criteria before being listed. We offer aftersales services including fitting watch batteries and watch repairs, as well as a full jewellery repair department for resizing, polishing, engraving and the like.
