Water monitoring hasn’t scaled because devices are upfront high on CapEx and too frequent on maintenance. The other alternatives like labs are too slow, and require an entire ops team running. The result: operators are left guessing, infrastructure erodes, costs spiral, and public trust breaks down. We’re a team working on-ground in India, building water quality monitoring devices we’ve deployed ourselves — in the rain, in pumping stations, in plants that never sleep. That’s why today, entire water supply to Goa, 560 million litres a day for 1.5 million people, is monitored in real time by Saafwater. In domestic water, where most sensors need recalibration every month, ours last far longer, six months by design, with some still accurate after two years in the field without recalibration. And we aren’t another company that just bolts sensors onto a gateway and a dashboard. We are water-first: innovating with sensors, hardware, and software together, built from the ground up for the realities of water systems. We also deploy CPCB-compliant wastewater monitoring devices that don’t just tick boxes — they keep operators out of trouble, save chemicals, prevent breakdowns, and improve efficiency.
