Sabato Amsterdam

We are Jesse and Stefanie, together we are Sabato. We run a catering studio in Amsterdam with a focus on classic and comfortable yet conceptual and contemporary food and beverage. We offer allround food services. From conceptual catering for events, private dinners, pop-ups and food experiences to crew catering, food styling, workshops and recipe development for brands and people. Mediterranean food culture is what our services are all about at Sabato. Named after the Italian and Greek word for Saturday, we want to bring you the essence of Mediterranean food and culture: Classic and comfortable food that brings people together. Stefanie grew up in Greece and brings a lot of family recipes to the table. Jesse lived in Italy and gained as much knowledge about regional Italian food as she could while she was there. Living in Amsterdam West we learned more and more about Turkish, Moroccan, Libanese and Syrian cuisine. All of these elements with a shared love for modern clean aesthetics combined have shaped our style of cooking. Over the past three years we have worked with national and international fashion, beauty, lifestyle and culinary brands.
