In meiner Tätigkeit als Mental Coach und psychologische Beraterin begleite ich Sie durch schwierige Alltags- und Lebenssituationen. Zudem habe ich mich auf die Unterstützung von Hochbegabten und bei AD(H)S im Erwachsenenalter spezialisiert. Ich biete Mentaltrainings für Gruppen oder Einzelpersonen an (bspw. im 1:1 Training) zum Erlernen Gewaltfreier Kommunikation und begleite Sie durch Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Orientierungscoaching bei Veränderungsprozessen. Darüber hinaus biete ich Achtsamkeitsspaziergänge und -trainings an, u.a. zur Burnoutprävention. Meine Erfahrungen gebe ich über Workshops und Vorträge gerne weiter. In Präsenz (in meiner Praxis oder bei Ihnen vor Ort) oder online/per Videosession.
