Sacha Lay Pt

As a physiotherapist who has successfully treated patients with complex and chronic pain for over 15 years, Sacha has created a unique and effective approach to ergonomics that looks at all the interactions between a person and their work environment. The goal of her workshops is to create a more pain-free, positive, productive and mentally-aware experience throughout the workday. Going beyond chair and desk measurement and adjustment, Sacha teaches how to be aware of and adjust your body and posture in all work positions to reduce tension and pain. She creates office-friendly stretching programs, specific to the needs of the business she is educating. And she has a strong focus on mental awareness and self-care throughout the workday, teaching mindfulness strategies and providing guided mindfulness practice recordings. Sacha has taught thousands of people how to make simple changes in their physical and mental workspace, helping them be happier and more productive, and she is passionate about advocating for a Work Happy environment in all business settings.
