Founded by digital health clinician and behavioural AI scientist Dr Paul Sacher, we build clinical and behavioural AI systems for chronic condition management, especially obesity and mental health. Our work combines medical insight, behavioural science, and applied AI to help organisations deliver safe and scalable patient support. Our four core services: 🟧 AI strategy We help health and MedTech organisations shape their AI roadmap, align with standards such as ISO 42001, and show clear clinical, operational, and commercial value to boards and investors. 🟧 AI assistants for patient support We design and build safe, personalised AI health assistants for GLP 1 programmes and other long term conditions. These systems combine clinical guidance with behavioural support to improve adherence, motivation, and outcomes. 🟧 PromptSafe® clinical and behavioural safety evaluation PromptSafe is our evaluation platform for clinical and behavioural safety. The current Beta supports pre deployment testing of LLMs using persona based conversations to detect tone, risk, and accuracy issues. PromptSafe Shield, planned for development, adds near deterministic real time monitoring for high risk use cases. 🟧 Clinical and behavioural AI research We run rigorous studies across the UK and US, including NIHR funded work and collaborations with Imperial College London. We support study design, behavioural testing, and publication, helping partners build credibility with regulators and funders. At the heart of our work is our Research and Innovation Lab, supporting clients from early feasibility to deployment ready MVPs.
