What exactly is Sacred Work?* It's a ministry that equips women to advance their careers, develop as leaders, and represent Jesus well in the workplace. I'm a former senior vp who worked in corporate for over 25 years, and my passion is helping people grow professionally—especially women. In 2014, I left corporate to start a freelance writing business, but I didn't want to waste the decades of business experience God blessed me with. So, I started my foundation: Sacred Work.*What kinds of work issues do you help people with?* 1⃣ Negotiating a raise, promotion, or benefits 2⃣ Overcoming imposter syndrome 3⃣ Making a successful career change 4⃣ Leading through a crisis, change, or conflict 5⃣ Dealing with a difficult boss, employee, or coworker *And, it's really free?* Yes! It's free. My writing business provides a solid income, and Sacred Work is my ministry. No charge!*How does it work?* Go to my website and fill out the contact form, and I'll be in touch! It's that easy. I limit the number of people I mentor/ coach each month, because I want to have enough time to help them through whatever issue they're facing. There's often a waitlist, but I'll respond to you right away to let you know that. I love helping *all* people grow professionally, but as a Christian woman, I feel best suited to speak into that space. If you have different beliefs, I'd still be honored to help you. I just like to be up front that my identity is rooted in my faith. No tricks or surprises.
