Half a century later, in 2024, the SADEV Group was formed, bringing to life SADEV’s diversification project by combining the expertise of recognized players in precision mechanics. An Alliance of Expertise The flagship brand, SADEV Racing Transmission, relies on VADP, a production unit in Portugal, and a commercial subsidiary in the United States, further strengthening its global presence. The group has expanded with the acquisition of Billard Engrenages, which has been developing recognized expertise in gear manufacturing and bevel gear tooth grinding for nearly 80 years, as well as its subsidiary T.A.M in Tunisia. These two entities excel in strategic sectors such as aerospace, petrochemicals, railways, energy, and defense.
