SA Engineers and Founders is a registered independent, metal industry employer’s association run by employers for the benefit of all members. We represent the interests of hundreds of member companies in the metal and engineering industries. Together with other independent employer associations, we hold significant collective bargaining power at the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council (MEIBC). We passionately promote the interests of our member companies by active collaboration, maximising the benefits of strategic alliances and effecting meaningful change to the regulatory framework of the South African metals and engineering industry. Our direct services to member companies are available at a reduced fee and our rates include assistance on all matters affecting the relationship between your company and your employees or trade unions.
