Mr. José María Sáenz Valiente laid the foundations of SÁENZ VALIENTE & ASOCIADOS in 1946 with the same principles and ideals with which his father founded a prestigious Law Firm in 1912. At that time, the laws protecting the labour activity had been passed and the Labour Law Courts had been created in Argentina. It was then when Mr. Sáenz Valiente, with the purpose of providing corporate assistance services as regards labour matters, started his important career in Argentine Law.
