In the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown last year, a group of us came together to start a small campaign called Safaidposh. Our aim was to provide meals to daily wage workers and the poor in Johar town who were struggling due to the economic crisis caused by the pandemic. But as we got to know the people we were helping, we quickly realized that they needed more than just a one-time meal. They needed something they could take back to their families and rely on in the long run. And so, we decided to collect donations from family, friends, and anyone who wanted to support our cause. What started as a simple project soon turned into a full-fledged organization, thanks to the generosity of people all around the world who wanted to make a difference. Today, we have team members scattered across the globe, all working together towards our mission of helping those in need. Our approach is simple yet effective. We personally buy and pack each ration bag, making sure that every item is of good quality and essential for daily use. We even deliver the bags ourselves, so we can connect with the people we're helping on a personal level. We're also passionate about getting more people involved in our cause. That's why we're actively recruiting volunteers from schools to join our team and help make a difference in their communities. At Safaidposh, we believe that everyone deserves access to basic necessities like food, regardless of their socioeconomic status. All the money we collect from donations goes directly towards making ration packs, and we manage all the logistics ourselves. Join us in our mission to create a better, more equitable world for all.
