Safe Hands Clinic

My name is Linda and I own and run Safe Hands Clinic in Lincoln. I am an experienced practitioner and believe in a professional, sympathetic and caring approach to my therapies. I offer psychotherapy and counselling using transactional analysis as my framework. It is my passion to help you live a more contented, peaceful and joyful life with purpose. I am particularly interested in helping people heal and improve their relationships both with themselves and others. What will therapy do for you? Therapy with me will help you make the changes you desire in your life. It will help you become more comfortable and content in your relationship with yourself. As you do this there will be a natural progression towards healing and improving your relationships with others. As you reconnect with yourself and others you will gain contentment and purpose in your life. Therapy will help if your needs are more complex too. For example if you suffer from post traumatic stress disorder, depression, long-term anxiety or personality disorders. What will happen in our therapy sessions? We will explore your past hurts and the emotions connected to them, to help us understand the problems you may be having today. We will look at patterns in your thinking and how these may be influenced by past events. Once these buried experiences and emotions are brought to the surface, we can process and ultimately release them in our therapy together. This work will be done with complete privacy and confidentiality. We will take things at your pace and you will be in control of what we work on. This will be about you and I will be here for you. I have been in a place similar to you and my lifetime passion is to help others experience the same healing and personal growth that I have.
