Safe Training Programs

Our safety & self-protection programs provide practical, tailored training with on hands-on scenario exercises and reality-based roleplay designed to meet the unique risks and dangers your team could face any day of the week. Each program teaches how to recognise changes in behaviour, take appropriate preventive action, remain calm and diffuse tension. In the event of physical escalation, your team will learn appropriate and lawful breakaway training. Providing your team/ workers/ volunteers with appropriate safety & awareness training is a legal requirement under the Health & Safety Acts (UK, Jersey, Guernsey) and online 'conflict management' courses do NOT provide the level and realistic training needed to keep your people SAFE while ensuring your company or organisation is legally covered.
