Safehaus UK is an emergency childcare services company. We provide a 24/7 emergency childcare service. Any parent, from a busy executive and/or couple to a single parent requiring that last minute support in any family crisis situation, can contact us and someone will be on their doorstep within 30 minutes (guaranteed). Situations range from- permanent childcare arrangements - when school is closed temporarily - when childminder/nanny is ill or indisposed - when a parent has to work extra hours - when there's breakdown or termination of childcare arrangements - when a child is ill and the parent can't get any extra time off to take care of the child- a school pickup/drop off service - respite childcare when a carer needs some time off from their caring duties. This could be a child or an adult. Prior to working with any client, all our carers are thoroughly screened to ensure we give the client that peace of mind about allowing a stranger into their home. We also come to you so you don’t have to worry about dropping off when you really need to be somewhere else. This service is available to everyone with a minimum of 30 minutes notice (depending on the client’s location). All care arrangements are provided in clients’ own familiar settings (home) or a place indicated by the client with child(ren)'s own toys. SafeHausUK aims to seek feedback after each placement to ensure continuous improvement in its services to the community it serves.
