We provide comprehensive house inspection reports as per the Australian Standards 43491. and 4349.3. Our building inspection reports contain general information about the property we are inspecting including any major structural defects, major defects and a genera overall impression of minor defects. Labelled photographs are included withing the report. Our reports inform our clients of what the defect is, where it is and what they need to do to fix it. We have seen too many inspection reports that predominately list 50 or more minor defects without telling the client they are minor and easily rectifiable. Safe Home also carries out pre-purchase timber pest inspections which involves state of the art equipment in an attempt to locate a termite infestation in areas not able to access within a home.
