This includes Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), Portable Appliance Testing (PAT test) and Gas Safety Certificates (GSC). We offer a 24-hour helpline with a genuine out-of-hours emergency service and a 24-hour technical helpline for engineers and clients. We are proud to be the main provider of maintenance services for two of the UK’s largest letting agents, and complete between 350-500 jobs a week for letting agents.
