Home Safety and Fall Prevention We present to community centers, libraries, learning institutes etc. Educating the community about actionable ways they can prevent falls at home as well as the available home accessibility updates and options. Safe Patient Discharge Geared towards healthcare professionals usually with a background in social work or rehabilitation services. Kyle works directly with your teams to educate them on available renovations and partners with your organization to ensure timely and safe patient discharge.
