SafetyMind conducts Safety Culture Change projects and Stress Management interventions that leverage breakthroughs in neuroscience, performance psychology and mindfulness. Through this we achieve lasting behaviour change and create a culture that is collectively mindful of safety and well-being. Whilst no two projects are the same, our projects generally include the following steps- Understand (consulting, audit, culture diagnostics)- Develop (Safety Leader Training, Exec Team Training, PAUSE Training, other training to address development gaps)- Sustain -(building internal capabilities to ensure success) We operate across Australia and New Zealand in a range of industries and specialise in being able to conduct projects in remote locations.
