We began as a small consulting firm focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Berlin, Germany driven by the vision to create workplaces where everyone, especially marginalized voices, could not only thrive but also fourish. Initially, our mission was to provide foundational DEI strategies for organizations looking to build a fairer, more inclusive culture. But as we worked with clients, we recognized a broader need: not only for DEI consulting but for a space where neurodivergent, queer, and racially diverse perspectives are understood deeply and represented meaningfully. Today, Safir Boukhalfa Consulting offers a comprehensive range of services to meet these needs. We provide DEI coaching, workshops, and strategic consulting, along with dedicated content creation, public speaking, and video courses that bring impactful change from the ground up. Whether we’re guiding executives in inclusive leadership or equipping teams to navigate systemic challenges, our goal is to support every individual in showing up as their authentic self, helping organizations build environments where everyone can excel.
