Sagax Associates, Llc

Sagax helps our clients make better decisions when the stakes are high and time is short. For 25 years, our founder, Kirsten McGregor, worked at the intersection of economic development, real estate, and resilience—helping communities, governments, and private developers navigate complex projects that require integrating economic viability + climate risk + stakeholder alignment.
