Sage Active Clinic

Sage Active Clinic is an Exercise Physiology and allied-health practice based in Brighton, supporting clients across all ages — from young adults through to our oldest client, who is 96. While we welcome everyone, our specialty is helping adults over 50 stay strong, mobile and independent. Our programs are delivered by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Accredited Exercise Physiologists, university-qualified clinicians trained in the management of chronic conditions, rehabilitation, healthy ageing and functional strength. We provide individually prescribed, evidence-based exercise programs for: • chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiac and respiratory disease • neurological conditions • arthritis, joint pain and mobility limitations • balance decline and falls risk • chronic pain and fatigue • post-surgical and injury rehabilitation • age-related strength loss and deconditioning We support clients through: • NDIS (plan-managed and self-managed) • My Aged Care Home Care Packages • GP Chronic Disease Management Plans (EPC/CDM) • TAC • WorkSafe/WorkCover • Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) • Private health insurance To ensure every client receives meaningful and measurable outcomes, we use functional strength and mobility testing, along with InBody 770 body composition analysis, to track progress over time. For clients unable to attend the clinic, Sage Active Clinic also provides home visits and telehealth services. Our goal is simple: to help every client move better, feel stronger and live with confidence — today and for the long term.
