Sage Homes - the next iteration of our family-run home building and remodeling business, made up of myself and my parents, Paul (Sr) and Lorraine, ready to see your project through from conceptual drawings to completion. We bring to the table our extensive business, design, construction and hands-on experience. We’re a family business which means that you’ll have a Schaefer overseeing your home from start to finish. This affords you a continuity not often experienced in the new home building process. By limiting the number of homes we build at one time, we ensure you’ll get the attention you deserve. Green building & energy efficiency in general are important to us as global citizens. In addition to my other designations (CPA - Certified Public Accountant, and CGC - Certified General Contractor), I've also attained the NAHB designations of CGP (Certified Green Professional) and CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist)- you can research these on our website or NAHB.com. Choose from our existing plans; let us modify them to suit you, or we can custom design an entirely new plan just for you! 2011 is gearing up to be an exciting year for the Schaefer family - our new model home is set to open, I am the President of the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association - our local chapter of the NAHB; I also serve as President of the Burnt Store Meadows Property Owners Association.
