Sahanbooks

Sahanbooks is a bookseller serving the people of Somaliland and the African nations beyond. We make reading affordable and accessible to individuals, families, schools and community groups. We do this by selling a wide selection of books, e-books and audiobooks at low cost for all ages and all interests, and we work with local communities to encourage the uptake of reading. Our mission Our mission is to bring the benefits and pleasures of reading to everyone in Somaliland and beyond. Our stores Our two-storey flagship bookstore in Hargeisa, Somaliland, is well stocked with over books. We also run an online bookstore. We’re excited about our plans to expand our chain of bookstores across more cities and towns across Somaliland and further afield. Our people Everyone in the Sahanbooks team is committed to helping people use the power of reading to live their best life. We’ll looking for like-minded people to join us on this adventure, to help us expand our reach.
