SAIG Consultancy Ltd is a New Zealand based Cost Management Consultancy established by Graham Aubrey who is an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost / Commercial Manager with over 24 years’ experience. Having gained experience with some of the world’s largest and reputable Professional Quantity Surveying practices and worked on Major International Projects, Graham established SAIG Consultancy to provide a high level of service delivery for Quantity Surveying/Cost Management services whilst drawing upon his extensive experience in managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. Graham’s widespread knowledge provides a diverse project portfolio founded on strong knowledge and commercial acumen and his International experience has seen him utilise his strengths in the U.K, Middle East, Europe, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. SAIG Consultancy specialises in providing Cost Management services in relation to a diversity of projects ranging from Hotels, Residential & Commercial Mixed Use Developments, Retail etc. with project values ranging from NZD $1M to NZD $500m (USD $365M).
