This includes finding materials with the appropriate structural charcteristics for the application and can be supplied at a price that meets the client’s budget. Additionally the company produces custom designed products including full CAD design, manufacturing drawings, proto typing and outsourced manufacturing. The company also works directly with subcontracts, general contractors and owners through the value engineering process. This involves suggesting alternative materials that can be purchased at lower cost, suggesting alternative manufacturing sites, and reverse engineering of specified products that fall outside the budget parameters. Saint John Stone’s headquarters and warehouse is located in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. The company’s Shanghai office runs Asian sourcing and quality control. Additionally the Shanghai office functions as a showroom for the local design community Finally the company has an office in Las Vegas, Nevada that services the West Coast design community and functions as a liaison office for subcontractors working on projects in Las Vegas.
