خط پرسکاری G1 اين خط براي توليد قطعات بزرگ و سنگين با تغيير شكلهاي عميق و پيچيده به كار ميرود. قطعاتي كه در اين خط توليد ميشوند بطور عمده مربوط به قسمت هاي بيروني بدنه خودرو است كه معمولاً بزرگترين قطعات پرسي يك خودرو را شامل ميشود. اين خط شامل قسمت شستشوی ورق و سيستم Vision به منظور قرار دادن بلنك بر روي قالب در موقعیت صحیح می باشد. با توجه به تجهیز خط به سیستم Vision امکان تغذیه دو بلنک به صورت همزمان برای قالب هایی که دارای دو حفره می باشند، وجود دارد.
