Sajeevan Organics is committed to revolutionizing the sourcing and distribution model for herbs and medicinal plants in India. Our mission is to bring about transformative changes in the production, processing, logistics and consumption of herbs, medicinal plants and food. Our primary focus lies in ensuring the profitability of farmers, the sustainability of crops, and the nutrition of communities. By collaborating with like-minded Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and Farmer Collectives, we aim to create replicable and scalable models that drive positive disruption across India. Currently, Sajeevan Organics is actively working with farmers across 100 Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) in Gujarat. However, our vision extends beyond a single state. We are determined to scale our operations nationwide by partnering with FPOs and Farmer Collectives from different states in India. To achieve our goals, Sajeevan Organics will focus on the following key areas: • Innovative Sales and Distribution Models: We aim to build innovative sales and distribution models that cater to both B2B and B2C clientele. For B2B clients, we offer opportunities for white labelling and raw material sourcing, ensuring high-quality products for their own Ayurvedic formulations. For B2C clientele, we plan to utilize e-commerce platforms and establish physical distribution models through franchisee and entrepreneur-owned Sajeevan branded outlets across India. • Farmer Profitability: Sajeevan Organics is dedicated to enhancing the profitability of farmers by providing fair prices for their products and establishing long-term partnerships. • Crop Sustainability: Sustainability is at the core of our operations. We encourage farmers to adopt organic farming techniques, promoting biodiversity, soil health, and ecological balance. • Community Nutrition: We firmly believe that access to high high-quality herbs and medicinal plants is essential for promoting community health and nutrition.
