Our cold plates are highly performing liquid cooling heat sinks that are proven to be better than conventional cold plates because of the gapless structure and ultra-thin thickness between pipe and the targeted cooling point. Sakae Cool Door (SCD)- A new approach to data center cooling solution Our SCD can provide a more efficient cooling for data centers ranging from 3 to 15 kW per racks compared to other type of solutions.
